HOST – CASKEY HUNSADER
Caskey Hunsader has been performing both on and off stage since a very young age. Starting in school talent shows and quickly moving up to leading roles, he has performed a wide range of roles in many theaters.
Caskey’s favorite roles include: Jack (Into The Woods), John Utterson (Jekyll & Hyde), Bobby (A Chorus Line) and Oliver (Oliver!). Caskey as also been a featured soloist with the “Colors of Christmas” tour, featuring Roberta Flack, Michael McDonald, Peaboo Bryson and Sheena Easton. He has also been a soloist and vocal arranger for John Salerno’s Tribute To Sinatra Band. While studying at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Caskey was a soloist in a performance of Bach’s Passion According To Saint John, which was broadcast on Wisconsin Public Radio.
Professionally, he has worked on the national tour and San Francisco productions of “Love Janis” and the national tours of “The Wizard of Oz” and “If You Give A Pig A Pancake and Other Story Books.” He has also worked in production on the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York and the off-Broadway show, “Growing Up 70s” starring Barry Williams. He has also worked on half-a-dozen national tours of Broadway shows.
As an actor, he has appeared on episodes of Law & Order, Cupid, and Fringe in addition to several pilots for upcoming shows. Film work includes “the Fey Lindsay Jones’ Story”.
As a writer and producer, Caskey is the owner of Upstairs Landing Productions, a company specializing in new media content and theatrical production. “Fat Guy”, a web series loosely based on his life recently premiered it’s first season and Caskey is in development on several more television projects.
